There are two main reasons why iDPRT skips labels or continuously feeds. This behavior usually happens after you change your label type, size, or manufacturer. 

Please re-run the automatic label identification so iDPRT can learn your label.

To make sure your computer is not sending print commands to iDPRT, disconnect the USB cable from your iDPRT printer, then simply press and hold the top circular button on iDPRT until you hear one beep. Then let go.

iDPRT will then move the label back and forth to learn the gap size and other label properties. You should now see a green light and the label placed at the tear off point.
