What Should I Pay Attention To When Using A Bluetooth Printer?
- Dec 26, 2019 -

Do not immerse the portable Bluetooth printer in water or expose it to rain for a long time, otherwise, it may cause damage to the printer. Do not open the paper compartment cover during printing, otherwise, the printer may not work properly. When using serial printing, do not unplug the serial cable during printing, otherwise, the print data may be incomplete.

When using infrared printing, the infrared window of the main device must be aligned with the infrared window of the printer during the printing process. The distance cannot exceed 50 cm and the angle cannot exceed 30 degrees. Otherwise, the printing may be garbled or unable to print. Although the printer can work stably at -10 ° C to 50 ° C, too high ambient temperature (45 ° C) or too low ambient temperature (5 ° C) will cause the print quality to decrease.

Too high ambient humidity (above 85% relative humidity) or too low ambient humidity (below 20% relative humidity) can result in reduced print quality. Using poor quality paper or paper that has been stored for an extended period of time may cause print quality degradation or even damage the printer.

When the portable Bluetooth printer works in the black mark detection mode (when printing a preprint with black mark printed), the black mark pre-printed on the printing paper is required to meet the black mark printing specifications, otherwise, the printer may not be able to accurately detect the black mark. Before charging the portable Bluetooth printer, try to use up the battery power before recharging. This can effectively ensure the battery life.

The printer needs to be stored in an environment with a temperature of -20 ° C to 70 ° C and relative humidity of 5% to 95%. If you store the printer for a long time, be sure to remove the battery from the printer and store it separately. Otherwise, the battery may fail or even leak, which may damage the printer.

Ordinary thermal printing paper has a short storage time. If you want to print documents that need to be stored for a long time, please choose long-term thermal printing paper. Do not store the printing paper in a place exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight. If it has been opened, store it in a dark place.
