A: Yes, OEM/ODM project is acceptable if you could follow the MOQ. And we have the rich experience on the OEM/ODM project with many international customers. 

Q: Can you offer label editing software?

A: Yes, each unit of our barcode printer is shipped with free BarTender label editing software. Besides, we have our own iDPRT label editing software with database function.

Q: What is the warranty for your products?

A: 12 months for the printer, and 30km life for the printing head.

Q Can it replace Zebra Industrial Barcode Printer?

A: Yes, it can replace Zebra ZT200 series but with much more competitive price. 

Q: What is your lead time?

A: Normally we have the standard model in safety stock. If no stock, the lead time varies from 3 to 45days.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: We have MOQ request of 50pcs, but we can accept a trial order. And please note the requirement of OEM/ODM project should be discussed.

Q: What is your incoterm?

A: Generally we quoted the price on the incoterm FOB Xiamen. But it is negotiable based on the company background.
